About the Role
We are looking for a vibrant, high-energy Business Development Representative with native/professional level of German to support our Shiji ReviewPro Sales team. This role focuses on engaging with prospects and clients in the DACH markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with the DACH Sales Manager on a business plan to identify new business opportunities, scheduling online demos, and fully qualifying these opportunities to ensure a healthy pipeline.
- →Achieve the required quantity and quality of outbound calls to prospects to qualify and convert enough new business to meet a monthly quota.
- →Generate sales by (mostly) cold/warm calling current customers and prospects.
- →Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- →Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
- →Maintain CRM with accurate data.
Requirements
- ✓Native or professional level of German.
- ✓Experience on the phone.
- ✓Comfortable with technology.
