About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth in the KSA hospitality and F&B industry. This role involves strategic sales planning, client relationship management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the KSA hospitality and F&B industry.
→Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects, conducting thorough research to understand their business needs and challenges.
→Track sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
→Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor on IT solutions.
→Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, contract closure, and post-sale follow-up.
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and operation support, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives.
→Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospects.
→Utilize deep understanding of hotel operations to demonstrate how our solutions can streamline front office processes and elevate guest satisfaction.
→Coordinate with dealers to ensure they achieve their sales targets.

Requirements

✓Evaluate and validate potential and existing partners, qualifying leads in collaboration with Marketing.
✓Accelerate the sales process by identifying solutions to customer pain points.
✓Communicate with project management to translate clients’ requirements and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
✓Review new marketing documents for accurate promotion of the product.
✓Maintain thorough knowledge of international hospitality industry trends and developments.
✓Manage and control proposal/deal qualification, including quote verification.
✓Keep product documentation up to date, highlighting the aim and purpose of the product.
✓Update on new product enhancements, integration projects, RFI’s, and RFP’s.
✓Provide product knowledge support, translating technical aspects of the product to the product and pre-sales team and client.
✓Collaborate with the Marketing department to discuss sales expectations and evaluate methodologies and strategies applied to reach relevant markets and clients.
