Your Adventure Ahead
β’ Support the sales team at the day-to-day level, including managing and inputting the high-volume sales contract submission process and assisting with tool usage to achieve scalability
β’ Audit deals and contracts for accuracy, resolving any omissions or discrepancies by working with Sales and requirements set forth by compliance
β’ Maintain a clear channel of communication among Sales, Operations and other teams to ensure a seamless experience for new clients as they onboard
β’ Help create and maintain sales ops-related documentation such as processes and tools used for reference and training
β’ Contribute to sales support materials like FAQs so the team can efficiently and effectively find necessary information
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders across teams, operations teams, customer service, center of excellence to ensure seamless communication and projects.
β’ Suggest ways to create efficiencies and improvements to sales processes
β’ To investigate and address inquiries from merchants, sales teams, and customers that have been escalated, ensuring timely responses.
Essentials to Succeed
β’ 1-3 years experience in an Operations role.
β’ Self-starter, motivated and have a passion for working in a fast-paced e-commerce industry.
β’ Extremely detail oriented
β’ Strong skills and proficiency of Microsoft and Google Suites (Word, Excel, Power Point)
β’ Process oriented mindset and passionate about optimisation and automation. Ability to interface & communicate with stakeholders and Product Development teams.
β’ Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze reports
β’ Positive can-do attitude and willingness to help out on any request as needed.
β’ Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Python, and Zapier is a plus.
β’ Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
