About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Executive to join ShopBack, a global cashback platform serving over 50 million users. You will be responsible for growing valued merchants and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

→Deliver key value propositions to merchants, driving demand for best practices
→Coordinate across internal teams to achieve merchant expectations and maximize performance
→Identify feedback and trends from merchant engagements to develop internal best practices
→Conduct periodic performance reviews with merchants to ensure high campaign participation
→Strategically grow merchant revenue with a consultative mix of channels and methods
→Own a strong pipeline of retention and consistent delivery of merchant success
→Foster and grow merchant relationships through consistent engagement

Requirements

✓Minimum 3+ years of experience in key account management, preferably with F&B, Fashion, Home & Lifestyle groups
✓Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✓Strong awareness of consumer trends in e-commerce
✓Solution selling experience and ability to grow client relationships
✓Creative thinking for merchant acquisition and management
✓Comfortable with C-level negotiations and relationships with top decision makers
✓Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency
