Key Responsibilities
- →Own the product roadmap for internal finance tools supporting financial reporting, reconciliation, provisioning and automation across all markets.
- →Deeply understand finance workflows, accounting logic and audit requirements to translate them into clear, actionable product designs.
- →Take ownership of last-mile data correctness by building reconciliation logic, mappings, exception workflows and remediation tooling.
- →Act as a bridge between Finance, Data and Engineering teams to align priorities, surface trade-offs and drive decisions.
- →Drive change management and adoption by supporting rollout plans, training finance users and embedding best practices in governance and controls.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in product management, preferably building internal tools, finance systems, data platforms or B2B products.
- ✓Working understanding of financial reporting, reconciliation logic, materiality, provisioning, chart of accounts or booking rules.
- ✓Proven ability to write clear, detailed requirements and excellent judgment on when to move fast and when to move slower.
- ✓Experience designing products with auditability, internal controls and data integrity as first-class concerns.
- ✓Strong structured thinking and ability to stay focused on the core problem and reason through complex data issues.
- ✓Comfortable discussing system design, data structures, integrations and automation with engineering and data teams.
- ✓Experience defining data schemas or field definitions and reasoning about data flows and reconciliation logic.
- ✓Comfortable using data tools (e.g. SQL, BI dashboards, analytics platforms) to investigate reconciliation issues, validate solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
- ✓Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the region.
- ✓Demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
