About the Role
We are looking for a Regional CRM Manager to join ShopBack, the leading cashback platform serving over 50 million users across 13 markets. In this strategic role, you will lead CRM initiatives across Asia-Pacific, driving engagement and retention through data-driven personalized experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and own the regional CRM strategy, aligning with ShopBack’s growth and retention goals
- →Advise country marketing leads on localized lifecycle campaigns that support regional priorities
- →Establish best practices, playbooks, and governance frameworks for consistent CRM execution
- →Partner with Product, Data, and Tech teams to enhance CRM tooling and personalization capabilities
- →Lead regional performance reviews, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- →Pilot and scale new CRM initiatives across markets
- →Build strong stakeholder relationships across marketing, product, and commercial teams
- →Mentor junior marketers to elevate CRM expertise regionally
Requirements
- ✓5 to 8 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in digital, tech, or e-commerce
- ✓Proven track record of leading CRM initiatives across multiple markets with measurable impact
- ✓Strong strategic mindset with hands-on campaign design capabilities
- ✓Proficiency in CRM platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable
- ✓Advanced analytical skills for data interpretation and strategy development
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration abilities
- ✓Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- ✓Proactive leadership in fast-paced, high-growth environments
