About the Role
We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our multidisciplinary creative team at Sia. This role involves translating brand strategy into compelling visual movement across fully integrated campaigns, working closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Strategists, and Producers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Bring brand stories to life through motion that is visually compelling and strategically grounded
- →Translate ideas into dynamic visual systems for 360° campaigns across paid social, web, product launches, OOH, and video ecosystems
- →Operate at the intersection of concept and craft, contributing from storyboard through final delivery
- →Animate typography, UI, brand systems, social content, and campaign video assets
- →Help shape narrative flow and extend static brand systems into scalable motion frameworks
- →Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, and Production teams
- →Optimize files for digital and broadcast environments
- →Integrate live action footage and 3D elements when appropriate
Requirements
- ✓Ability to bring brand stories to life through compelling motion

- ✓Strong skills in animating typography, UI, brand systems, and social content
