About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team at Sibill, the accounting and financial operating system for small and medium businesses. This role focuses on generating high-quality outbound opportunities by connecting with Italian SMEs that need to improve their financial organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Research and qualify outbound leads (Italian SMEs)
- →Make cold calls and send personalized emails to engage decision-makers
- →Understand business needs and evaluate product fit
- →Collaborate closely with Account Executives on go-to-market strategies
- →Schedule high-quality product demos
- →Contribute to improving outreach scripts and processes
- →Manage your pipeline independently to maintain a constant flow of opportunities
