About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at Sierra. This role involves prospecting and lead generation, managing relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating complex deal cycles. You will play a crucial role in helping define our sales motion and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver our industry-leading product.

Key Responsibilities

→Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling
→Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
→Lead negotiations with existing and prospective customers, addressing objections and closing deals
→Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
→Collaborate with our marketing team to implement effective sales campaigns and presentations
→Work closely with our broader GTM team, product, technical, and operations orgs to deliver our product

Requirements

✓6-9 years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing sales role
✓Experience managing a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end complex 6- and 7-figure ACV deals
✓Strong communication skills with exceptional verbal and written abilities
✓Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
✓Proven track record of identifying and targeting potential enterprise clients
