About the Role

We are looking for a GTM Operations Specialist to join Sierra, a company creating a platform to help businesses build better customer experiences with AI. This role will drive end-to-end GTM processes and help identify inefficiencies in current operations.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive end-to-end GTM processes including building and optimizing sales territories
→Own lead qualification and routing, and marketing campaign analytics to drive pipeline growth
→Manage RFP response process flows and partner with Legal, Security, Sales, and Product teams
→Work with pricing, legal, operations, sales, and finance teams to identify inefficiencies and design solutions
→Serve as a versatile team player taking on both foundational tasks and strategic initiatives

Requirements

✓1-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, legal/security operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations
✓Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Google Sheets
✓Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
✓Detail-oriented, methodical, and process-driven approach
✓Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
✓Proactive mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
