About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Technical Expert to join Sierra, a company creating a platform to help businesses build better customer experiences with AI. This role involves designing and demonstrating Sierra's Agent product, working with cross-functional teams, and leading customers through technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and demo Sierra’s Agent product, offering technical solutions to solve for customer needs
- →Work directly with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to drive GTM function
- →Lead and support customers in earliest conversations, understanding and anticipating their needs
- →Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- ✓5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales
- ✓Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with professional fluency in both Japanese and English
- ✓Experience in demo building, presenting, and working with customers in the GTM function
- ✓Experience in relationship-building with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders
- ✓Experience in leading the sales process with Enterprise customers
- ✓Ability to connect a prospect’s specific business problems with Sierra’s solutions
- ✓Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field
