β’ Youβre a team player. No matter how big your goals, youβre always willing to jump in and help the team with the small stuff.
β’ Give you a challenge and a deadline and you are in your element. A bag of Siete tortilla chips nearby doesnβt hurt either.
What You Will Do:
β’ Lead sales for grocery with HEB and other retailers as assigned.
β’ Directly manage key accounts to ensure distribution, ordering, programming, and brand familiarity.
β’ Drive Siete distribution share by increasing shelf presence and expanding store counts.
β’ Customize annual sales plans across product segments at your assigned customers/geographies in a manner that aligns brand & retailer strategies.
β’ Drive activities in a manner that increases brand awareness, product presence and revenue generation for all company products.
β’ Manage customer spend to hit annual trade spending guidelines.
β’ Partner with brokers and distributor account managers to minimize out of stocks and ensure a positive shelf placement.
β’ Achieve revenue targets, new item launch goals, and seize opportunities to increase Sieteβs visibility and velocities within accounts.
β’ Analyze and report back on market conditions, promotion execution, customer issues, and competitive intelligence.
β’ Track identified sales metrics and represent the retail business in your region to the broader organization.
β’ Determine forecast levels for key accounts within a large-scale forecast and work closely with Sales management to measure progress to plan.
β’ Monitor broker performance against annual objectives and grow broker representatives into brand experts.
β’ Represent Siete at broker trainings, retail meetings, industry conferences and trade events.
β’ Willing to travel up to 30% and attend trade shows.
Your Experience:
β’ 4+ years of progressive Sales experience in the grocery channel is required
β’ Relationships with retailers, brokers, and distributors is preferred
β’ Strong knowledge of promotional planning, trade management, and storytelling with data is preferred
