About the Role
SimplePractice is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team. This role involves maintaining infrastructure components, improving internal automation tools, and resolving user-reported issues.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with the Internal IT team on new initiatives and projects
- →Maintain IT infrastructure and support requests
- →Create and implement internal technical solutions to increase employee productivity
- →Implement security and compliance controls for HIPAA-compliant infrastructure
- →Integrate solutions with office infrastructure for high-availability
- →Implement Single Sign On and software integrations
- →Create scripts and automations using Python, Bash, etc.
- →Develop a knowledge base for implemented solutions
- →Provide on-call support during off hours and weekends
- →Troubleshoot employee issues with internal tools
- →Maintain hardware and software for hybrid workstations
- →Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures
- →Connect with vendors for hardware and software implementation
- →Maintain office AV technology
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- ✓2+ years of experience in IT
- ✓Experience with web apps like Slack, Google WorkSpace, Zoom Admin, Okta Admin
- ✓Experience in technical quality assurance
- ✓Documentation and communication skills
- ✓Problem-solving skills
- ✓Video and audio experience
