About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Copywriter to join Sintra, where you'll write across ads, funnels, landing pages, and product pages, shaping messages that feel intuitive, honest, and hard to ignore. This role is about connection first and conversion second, as the best-performing copy does both.
Key Responsibilities
- →Write high-performing copy for paid ads, landing pages, and growth funnels
- →Craft hooks, headlines, scripts, and CTAs that feel natural, clear, and persuasive
- →Translate product value into messaging that resonates with real human needs and emotions
- →Collaborate on SEO-driven content by shaping keywords, structure, and messaging
- →Work closely with creative strategy, media buying, CRO and motion teams to test and iterate
- →Use performance data as feedback, doubling down on what works and cutting what doesn’t
- →Take ownership of copy quality and help raise the bar across everything we ship
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience writing conversion-focused copy, not just brand or awareness content
- ✓Deep understanding of human psychology, objections, and persuasion fundamentals
- ✓Proven ability to write ads and pages that make people click, sign up, or buy
- ✓Sharp understanding of hooks, objections, and simple persuasion
- ✓Comfortable owning copy end-to-end and working independently
- ✓Clear, direct writing style - no buzzwords, no filler
- ✓Enjoys moving fast, testing often, and learning from real data
