About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Growth to own Sintra’s growth engine end-to-end. This role involves building the team, defining the strategy, and executing across channels to drive measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own Sintra’s growth strategy across paid and organic channels
- →Build and lead the growth team, including Media Buyers and Creative Strategy
- →Design and run structured experimentation frameworks
- →Manage and allocate growth budgets with a strong ROI mindset
- →Optimize the full funnel, from acquisition to activation, retention, and revenue
- →Work closely with product, development, and client-facing teams
Requirements
- ✓Extensive experience driving growth in fast-moving startups or scale-ups
- ✓Strong hands-on experience across paid and organic channels
- ✓Experience in SaaS and/or e-commerce environments
- ✓Comfortable owning significant budgets and making data-driven decisions
- ✓A mix of strategist and operator
- ✓Someone who thrives in chaos and loves building things from scratch
