Key Responsibilities

→Translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging educational content
→Develop and maintain comprehensive Knowledge Base, Tutorial, and Academy content
→Work with Content and SEO teams to evaluate and improve current content
→Break down complex technical problems into clear steps and directions
→Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content

Requirements

✓Near native command of English
✓Minimum 3 years of experience planning and writing technical educational content
