Product Owner - Shared Services at Siteminder

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to join SiteMinder, a leading hotel commerce platform. This role involves partnering with Product Managers to prepare documentation and collaborate with development teams on user stories and acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• →Assist in exploration and refinement of the product roadmap by partnering closely with the Product Manager
• →Prioritize the team’s product backlog to ensure focus is on maximum value aligned with product strategy
• →Maintain the team’s product backlog, ensuring an appropriate pipeline of refined items is ready for development
• →Work closely with the Engineering team to translate requirements into user stories with detailed feature specifications
• →Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including refinement, planning, reviews, inceptions and retrospectives
• →Define product release plans and regularly communicate delivery progress and milestones to stakeholders
• →Manage production issues and customer support queries, incorporating small fixes and enhancements into the backlog
• →Stay current with product management best practices, industry trends, and Agile methodologies
