Product Manager, Internal Productivity Tools at Visa

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead Visa's agile transformation, delivering internal products that empower product and program managers. This role focuses on enhancing productivity through AI-first solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• →Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to Visa's agile transformation goals.
• →Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, prioritization, development, and rollout.
• →Drive AI-forward product development, leveraging ML and automation to deliver scalable solutions.
• →Partner with Product Managers, Technology Leads, and PMOs to collect requirements, validate solutions, and ensure adoption.
• →Implement thoughtful change management plans for rollouts, maximizing engagement and minimizing disruption.
• →Monitor performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve UX and business impact.
• →This is a hybrid position. The expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
