As an Account Manager in our Cyber Defence Center, you play a key role in growing and strengthening long-term customer relationships by translating complex security needs into real business value. Youβll work in a peopleβfirst, trustβbased environment alongside highly skilled cybersecurity experts, with plenty of autonomy, collaboration and room to make visible impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
β’ Manage and grow relationships with customers across private and public sectors, developing deep insight into their business and security needs, and translating them into tailored solutions.
β’ Represent and strengthen our people-first and trust-based culture in all customer interactions.
β’ Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts.
β’ Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and consistent follow-up.
β’ Take ownership over your own sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management, ensuring transparency and structure.
β’ Drive consultative sales across our seven cybersecurity practice areas in close collaboration with sales colleagues across borders as well as technical specialists and consultants.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Weβre looking for people who share our passion for IT security and continuous learning. You thrive in both independent work and team collaboration, communicate confidently and bring a professional attitude with a drive for personal development.
β’ Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B account management or consultative sales within cybersecurity. A demonstrable track record in building and growing sustainable customer relationships. Experience SOC/SIEM solutions sales is an advantage.
β’ Skills: Strong communication and able to engage both technical and executive stakeholders. A solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals. You take a structured, proactive and collaborative approach to your work.
β’ Languages: Business proficient in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
β’ Availability: You're available fulltime; 37 hours a week (32 hours can be discussed if necessary) and can work at the office at least 2-3 days a week (including Fridays).
β’ Driver's License: You have a valid EU driver's license.
β’ Work Eligibility: You must already hold a valid working visa for and already live in Denmark to qualify for this role.
