About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Switzerland or remotely. This role focuses on advising and supporting our customers while building a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage an attractive customer portfolio in Switzerland with the opportunity to strategically expand our services and develop potentials
- →Build long-term, profitable business relationships through successful conversion of valuable new contacts
- →Actively shape a strong sales pipeline with creativity, speed, and excellent customer needs perception
- →Continuously expand a high-caliber network at decision-maker level
- →Work closely with decision-makers and department heads in the security field to create tailored solutions
Requirements
- ✓Proven successes in Account Management in the ICT field in Switzerland
- ✓Solid education in Computer Science or comparable IT expertise with strong sales understanding
- ✓Deep business and cyber-security knowledge with the ability to win customers with convincing arguments
- ✓Strong customer orientation, reliability, and high drive, engagement, and initiative
- ✓Very good German and English skills and passion for IT and cyber-security topics
- ✓Enjoyment of direct customer contact and high presence at relevant events
