About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and relationship-strong Customer Success Manager who is passionate about building and developing business customer relationships. You will act as both a hunter and farmer in this role, guiding customers from initial acquisition to strategic partnerships. Relationship building is key!
Key Responsibilities
- →Win business customers through targeted acquisition and provide long-term support via phone and video – from initial contact to strategic partnerships
- →Create and negotiate customized offers for Van & Truck mobility solutions and continuously develop your accounts
- →Be a Van and Truck expert and a trusted contact for your customers
- →Responsible for building, maintaining, and revenue growth of a significant customer portfolio
- →Identify and actively realize upselling and cross-selling potentials
- →Work closely with our international backoffice team that assists with administrative tasks
Requirements
- ✓Completed vocational training and practical experience in B2B sales, ideally in both acquisition and existing customer management
- ✓Passion for long-term customer relationships and strategic selling
- ✓Strong customer communication skills, solution-oriented thinking, and willingness to go the extra mile
- ✓Motivation for challenges, goal-oriented, and enjoyment of phone-based customer contact
- ✓Proficiency with modern systems (CRM, MS Office) and technologies
- ✓Fluent German and ideally English
