About the Role
We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager to join SIXT and revolutionize how we attract and hire talent worldwide. This role is at the heart of our People & Culture strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives that optimize recruitment processes across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end delivery of global Talent Acquisition projects, from conception through implementation and measurement
- →Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- →Design and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new TA processes, tools, and ways of working
- →Partner with regional TA leaders, HR business partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables
- →Monitor key performance indicators, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure sustainable transformation across the organization
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on time and within budget
- ✓Solid understanding of recruitment processes, challenges, and best practices, with hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or HR
- ✓Ability to build relationships across organizational boundaries, influence without authority, and facilitate consensus among diverse stakeholder groups
- ✓Expertise in driving adoption of new processes and tools, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments
- ✓Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
- ✓Fluent in English (written and verbal) at a business level
