About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Support Engineer to join our team and help solve complex technical and business challenges. You will be part of building a next-generation mobility ecosystem based on a cloud-native microservices platform.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage central acceptance of incident and problem reports via telephone
→Support and collaborate with team members across countries
→Own all incidents and fault requests including prioritization, classification, and routing
→Resolve complex technical issues efficiently using IT software and Service-Now
→Contribute to active notification of users about processing status
→Define, update escalations, and follow communication matrix
→Explore and learn from the Service Now knowledge base
→Demonstrate work ethics and integrity to define SLAs
→Work on rotational shifts

Requirements

✓Full-time Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science (B.Sc), BCA, BE, or B.Tech
✓3+ years of relevant work experience in IT Support
✓Strong experience with Windows and MAC OS systems using Intune and Jamf
✓Experience working on Azure Cloud workspace
✓Experience with Active Directory such as Entra ID
✓Good troubleshooting skills
✓Experience with ticketing systems like Service Now
✓Experience with remote support tools
✓Comfortable working on night shifts
✓Strong communication skills in English
