About the Role
You will define innovative pricing products at SIXT, combining AI-powered development with data science and business strategy to create globally impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive development of AI-powered pricing products using modern tools and rapid prototyping
- →Lead team in designing, building, and evaluating pricing algorithms and statistical models
- →Explore complex datasets to surface actionable insights and align stakeholders
- →Own product performance by defining KPIs and making data-driven decisions
- →Co-create pricing and yield vision while bridging data science, engineering, and business
- →Set standards for AI-literate, data-empowered product culture
Requirements
- ✓Solid knowledge in Pricing and/or Yield Management with AI-based optimization experience
- ✓University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, or equivalent
- ✓Strong command of analytics tools like Python and SQL
- ✓Exceptional communication skills to translate complex data insights
- ✓AI literacy and experience with JIRA and Confluence
- ✓Fluent in English (German a plus)
