About the Role
We are looking for a German Sales Support Specialist to join the Van & Truck team at SIXT. This role involves supporting the German Van & Truck Telesales team with administrative sales processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the Van & Truck Telesales team with administrative tasks related to offer preparation, contract processing, reservations, and follow-up coordination
- →Act as the operational partner for Customer Success Managers, enabling them to focus on customer relationships and revenue generation
- →Take ownership of post-sale processes, ensuring seamless onboarding, documentation, and ongoing support for customers
- →Coordinate and manage customer follow-ups, ensuring all touchpoints are documented
- →Maintain customer master data, contract information, and pipeline updates in Salesforce
- →Collaborate closely with the German Telesales team via phone, video, and digital tools
Requirements
- ✓Fluent in German (mandatory, ideally native level) and strong English skills for internal communication
- ✓Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- ✓Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- ✓Confident and structured communication, particularly over the phone and via email
- ✓Service-oriented mindset with an understanding of how your work impacts customer satisfaction and sales success
- ✓Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
