About the Role

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Customer Experience and Retail Sales team at SIXT. This role focuses on developing predictive models to understand future customer behavior and generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to predict churn probabilities, customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), and customer lifetime value
→Identify underlying causes behind customer issues using complex pattern analysis and derive concrete optimization opportunities
→Translate complex data analyses into compelling storyboards and decision frameworks for top management
→Leverage cutting-edge AI development tools like Cursor to make analysis pipelines and Python scripts more efficient and scalable
→Work directly embedded in the business unit, experiencing how your analyses translate into real business actions

Requirements

✓Degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a comparable field with a strong focus on analytics
✓Expertise in Python and proficiency with data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost)
✓Senior-level mastery of SQL for complex data modeling
✓Solid experience applying statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to real business cases
✓Familiarity with AI-powered coding editors like Cursor
✓Ability to present complex technical matters precisely and appropriately for stakeholders
