About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team at SIXT. This role involves supporting our recruitment team in attracting top talent and contributing to building a strong and diverse workforce in an international and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
- →Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate communication, job postings, and CV screening
- →Conduct initial phone screenings and gather feedback from interviewers
- →Maintain and update our ATS (SmartRecruiters) with candidate information and statuses
- →Support employer branding initiatives such as social media activities and recruiting events
- →Assist with talent sourcing activities and prepare recruitment reports and analytics
Requirements
- ✓Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- ✓Previous internship or short work experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage
- ✓Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with English fluency mandatory
- ✓Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- ✓Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- ✓Experience with ATS or HR software is a plus
