About the Role
We are looking for an AI Product Manager to join PawChamp, a mobile app and online platform for pet parents. This role focuses on transforming AI features into measurable business metrics and driving product growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Convert AI features into measurable metrics that impact activation, retention, conversion, ARPU, or reduce cost-to-serve
- →Build AI discovery processes from scratch, forming hypotheses, conducting research, prioritizing, and quickly testing ideas
- →Create hands-on PoCs with prompts, prototypes, and integrations to shorten the idea-to-solution cycle
- →Bring AI into production under real-world constraints including quality, latency, cost, security, and logging
- →Manage delivery with engineers, designers, and analytics teams to align requirements, UX, analytics, experiments, and rollout plans
- →Increase AI adoption in internal processes by finding and launching automations that save time for support, content, and ops teams
Requirements
- ✓Product thinking with a growth mindset
- ✓Strong analytical skills to set measurable KPIs, draw conclusions from data, and make data-driven decisions
- ✓Hands-on experience with AI tools, regularly testing tools/models and understanding their limitations
- ✓Ability to create PoCs independently with sufficient technical skills to build demos/prototypes
- ✓Strong communication skills with clarity of thought
- ✓English B2+ for research, documentation, tooling, and global context work
