Leaply is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to join our team working with physical products. This role involves shaping and executing creative strategy for paid acquisition across Meta and emerging channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Shape and execute creative strategy for paid acquisition across Meta and emerging channels
- →Develop hypothesis-driven creative concepts based on performance data, audience research, and competitive analysis
- →Write clear, conversion-oriented briefs for video and static ads
- →Analyze creative performance data to extract actionable insights for growth strategy
- →Identify patterns in winning creatives and translate them into scalable testing frameworks
- →Research and deconstruct high-performing creatives from DTC physical brands and leading digital products
- →Collaborate with the Marketing Design team to optimize iteration speed and production quality
- →Study audience behavior and turn insights into precise, high-impact messaging
- →Monitor trends within the Health & Wellness category and identify opportunities for differentiation
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in a similar role
- ✓Deep understanding of creative production management principles
- ✓Confidence in knowledge of Facebook operations
- ✓English skills at B2+ level
- ✓Experience working with AI to enhance performance
