About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join Storyby, an entertainment tech company that transforms original ideas into stories in novels, vertical films, and immersive audiobooks. This role will focus on turning bestsellers into viral advertising strategies and leading the creative development of AlphaNovel on Meta.
Key Responsibilities
- βBuild a creative strategy: analyze content (books, novels), identify growth points for Meta/Web, and form a systematic vision of marketing
- βComplete cycle of creating creatives: from daily idea generation and scriptwriting to setting tasks for designers and controlling execution
- βAnalytics and hypotheses: deep analysis of own launches and performance of individual titles. You need to understand why one book succeeds and another doesn't
- βManage the 'creative factory': systematize brainstorming sessions, prioritize the backlog of ideas, and ensure the necessary capacity for large budgets
- βCross-functional interaction: close work with Growth Managers, media buyers, and designers for quick implementation of insights
Requirements
- βExperience in Performance Marketing: you clearly know what CPA, CTR, and Success Rate are and can manage these metrics through creativity
- βAnalytical and strategic thinking: ability to see the system behind chaotic actions and build plans based on numbers
- βAutonomy and ownership: we are looking for someone who brings solutions and takes responsibility for the Meta area
- βEnglish (B2): ability to work with English content
- βAdaptability: we are growing quickly, so the strategy may adapt in the moment β it's important to maintain focus
