About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Pet care) to join our team at SKELAR, a venture builder that creates international tech businesses. This role will be responsible for providing the best customer experience through chat and email support.
Key Responsibilities
- βProvide consultations to users regarding dog training, behavior, and care through chat and email
- βOffer personalized and timely service to resolve user inquiries
- βAdvise customers on product features and motivate them to use platform content
- βCollect customer feedback to improve our products and services
Requirements
- βUpper Intermediate English (B2+)
- βVeterinary education, experience with animals, understanding of their behavior and psychology
- βDeep understanding of customer needs and desire to help them achieve their goals
- βStrong empathy and effective communication skills
- βFlexibility for shift work, including night shifts (up to 6 per month)
- βTyping speed of 30-40 words per minute in English
- βAdvanced PC and software skills
- βInterest in dog behavior and training methods
- βLove for animals
