About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join MaxBeauty, a venture-backed startup revolutionizing the health and beauty industry. This role focuses on using data analytics to influence product decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

→Analyze marketing and product metrics
→Formulate and validate hypotheses, participate in A/B test evaluation
→Prepare reports and create informative dashboards
→Analyze payments and key business metrics
→Evaluate results of initiatives and product changes
→Set up tracking for new features
→Convert data into practical business recommendations

Requirements

✓Minimum 6 months of commercial experience working with data
✓Proficient knowledge of SQL
✓Understanding of key product and marketing metrics and their relationships
✓Experience with BI tools (Tableau is a plus)
✓Analytical thinking, systematic approach, and attention to detail
✓Ability to clearly articulate ideas, argue positions, and receive feedback constructively
✓Intermediate English level (B1+)
