About the Role
We are Liven, developing products that help people gain self-observability and steer away from negative thoughts and behaviors. Our UX Research team guides product development through real user insights. We are looking for two Junior UX Researchers to join our mission, offering a great starting point for those looking to pivot into IT and build a meaningful career in UX Research.
Key Responsibilities
- →Participate in the full UX research cycle under mentorship
- →Assist in planning and conducting user interviews, usability testing, and discovery research
- →Work with quantitative data and analyze survey results
- →Transform raw data into structured insights and product recommendations
- →Conduct desk research and competitive analysis
- →Formulate research hypotheses and help validate them
Requirements
- ✓English at a C1 level or higher
- ✓Strong critical thinking skills
- ✓Ability to process and synthesize large volumes of information
- ✓Genuine interest in human behavior and decision-making
- ✓Readiness to learn fast and adapt to a high-paced environment
- ✓Ability to clearly articulate thoughts and argue conclusions
