About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Lead to join Dressly, a fashion company transforming the industry through AI technologies and personalized approach. This is a rare opportunity to create a new technological brand from scratch and take full responsibility for its global presence.
Key Responsibilities
- βDefine and implement global brand strategy, positioning, and tone of voice for Dressly
- βTranslate product and business strategy into strong brand stories and communication platforms
- βPlan and launch integrated brand campaigns across PR, social media, influencers, partnerships, and events
- βBuild and scale brand ecosystem including SMM, community, influencer marketing, PR, and external presence
- βFormulate brand budgets and forecasts while ensuring effective use of funds
- βDevelop analytics and reporting systems to measure brand recognition and business impact
- βManage agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams for brand initiatives implementation
Requirements
- β3+ years of experience in Brand, Marketing, Communications, or PR
- βProven experience in building or scaling brands in startup, tech, consumer apps, or fashion sectors
- βExperience in launching integrated multi-channel campaigns across PR, social media, influencers, and events
- βStrategic thinking combined with hands-on approach to implementation
- βExperience in budget management and marketing effectiveness evaluation
- βStrong storytelling and content leadership skills, excellent English proficiency
- βExperience working with global or Tier-1 markets
- βAbility to transform business goals into measurable brand strategies
- βData-driven approach and experience with brand and marketing analytics
