About the Role
We are looking for the first Operations Manager for PawChamp, a mobile app and online platform for dog owners. This role focuses on launching a new e-commerce direction for selling dog products in foreign markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build an e-commerce direction from strategy to first sales
- →Research market, competitors, and target audience to identify product categories and demand
- →Conduct tests to validate hypotheses on products, prices, and audience, measuring and analyzing sales funnel metrics
- →Develop and coordinate the overall e-commerce strategy: business model, sales channels, unit economics, goals, and KPIs
- →Select platforms for launch, create an MVP implementation plan, and oversee technical development with the team
- →Identify potential suppliers, procurement models, logistics, fulfillment, and order servicing
- →Launch MVP sales, test traffic channels, receive first orders, and analyze results
- →Prepare a development strategy for the e-commerce direction for 6–12 months: scaling assortment, geography, sales channels, and processes
Requirements
- ✓Experience launching or actively managing e-commerce projects in foreign markets
- ✓Understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and sales in online channels
- ✓Systemic thinking and ability to work with many processes for launching a new direction
- ✓Proactiveness: we value people who can independently propose solutions
- ✓Responsibility and desire to create a strong e-commerce direction with real business impact
- ✓Spoken and written English at B2+ level
