About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager Asia to join our team at TENTENS Tech, a partner IT company of SKELAR, a Ukrainian venture builder. This role combines Business Development and Operations to ensure high-quality operations and strategic alignment in the Asia region.
Key Responsibilities
- βEnsure high-quality execution of regular operational processes in the Asia region
- βOptimize workspace and workflow for the team
- βAnalyze bottlenecks and implement solutions
- βPropose improvements to regional work processes
- βOptimize the onboarding process and track performance of new leads
- βDevelop KPI plans and implement development systems for new leads
- βPrepare training manuals and maintain a regional communication channel
- βTrack team communication effectiveness
Requirements
- βEfficient Communication - Chinese language C1 (daily oral and written communication with the team) and English language B2+ (daily communication with stakeholders outside China)
- βOperational Excellence - Proficient management of data structures, monitoring of task statuses, and strict adherence to deadlines
- βBusiness Development Mindset - Strategic approach to tasks, flexibility in decision-making, and quick adaptation to changing business priorities
- βCritical Thinking & Result-Orientation - Data-driven decision-making, effective prioritization, and focus on achieving key business metrics
