About the Role
We are looking for a Video Content Creator to join our internal communications team at TENTENS Tech, a partner IT company of SKELAR, a Ukrainian venture builder. This role focuses on creating engaging video content to enhance internal communications and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
- βShoot and edit videos for internal communications (announcements, interviews, employer branding)
- βWork with leaders and teams as video subjects
- βPropose formats and ideas, not just execute briefs
- βCreate quick edits for operational tasks and high-production-level content for large projects
- βManage the full cycle from pre-production to final delivery
Requirements
- βExperience as a videographer or video maker
- βAbility to shoot and edit independently
- βUnderstanding of dramaturgy and storytelling
- βProficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci
- βAbility to work with basic lighting and sound
- βSelf-sufficiency and confident time management
