About the Role

We are looking for an AI Backend Developer to join our team at Skello. This role focuses on developing intelligent agents to automate complex HR processes and working with cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and deploy intelligent agents capable of automating complex HR processes
→Work on data retrieval and exposure towards MCP
→Master and stabilize LLM behavior (determinism management, advanced prompt engineering)
→Implement high-performance RAG architectures
→Contribute to technical vision by collaborating closely with architects on AI infrastructure choices
→Manage production complexity: monitoring, scalability, and troubleshooting on emerging technologies
→Maintain constant vigilance on Legal/Compliance aspects related to AI data usage
→Share your expertise with all teams to evangelize these new topics

Requirements

✓Solid development experience (minimum 5 years in CDI) with a strong backend focus
✓Strong interest in AI and deep understanding of model functioning (LLMs)
✓Experience managing complex projects including RAG or Serverless
✓Ability to work on R&D topics while maintaining product delivery focus
✓Mastery of NoSQL environments and curiosity about the Python ecosystem
✓Interest in architectural challenges and working in pairs with very senior profiles (Staff/Archi)
