About the Role
We are looking for an LLM Engineer to join Skiffra, a company building AI-native orchestration systems for modern enterprises. This is a founding-level role focused on designing and implementing agentic workflows that move from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and build agentic workflows using LLMs, tools, memory, and orchestration frameworks
- →Rapidly prototype new capabilities and evolve the best into production systems
- →Implement retrieval, evaluation, and feedback loops that improve model behavior
- →Integrate LLM systems with real data sources, APIs, and enterprise software
- →Make pragmatic decisions about models, latency, cost, and reliability
- →Partner with product and engineering to turn ambiguity into working software
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of relevant experience building production systems
- ✓Strong experience with modern LLMs and agentic patterns
- ✓Fluency in Python and comfort building full systems
- ✓Practical experience with prompting, RAG, tool use, and evaluation
- ✓Strong systems instincts around failure modes and observability
- ✓Clear communicator with founder-level ownership mindset
