About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join Skydio, the leading US drone company. This role will serve as the "Face of Skydio" for candidates, managing their onsite experience and ensuring they feel welcomed.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews for candidates
- →Greet candidates at our HQ, providing office tours and ensuring a warm environment
- →Collaborate with the University Recruiting team to coordinate campus events and intern onboarding
- →Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby)
- →Assist the People team with ad-hoc projects related to employer branding and event planning
Requirements
- ✓Ability to be in-person at our San Mateo HQ 4-5 days per week
- ✓0-1+ years of experience in internships, event planning, or customer service
- ✓Hyper-organized with a strong attention to detail
- ✓Customer obsession mindset and ability to make people feel comfortable
- ✓Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software platforms
- ✓Clear communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions
