About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join SkyNRG, a pioneer in sustainable aviation. This role involves bridging business strategy and talent initiatives to support our team and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement People and Culture projects to enhance employee experience
- →Build a future-proof organizational structure and support leaders in translating business strategy into people strategy
- →Strengthen talent development through succession planning and leadership development
- →Optimize employee engagement by leveraging insights from people surveys
- →Provide leadership with people insights based on HR data and analytics
- →Coach and collaborate with cross-functional managers and teams on people-related topics
Requirements
- ✓Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or Organizational Psychology
- ✓Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner in an international environment
- ✓Strong knowledge of international HR practices, including Swedish, US, and Dutch labor law
- ✓Business acumen and ability to connect HR strategies with business objectives
- ✓Strong decision-making skills and ability to build credible relationships quickly
- ✓Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- ✓Strong project management and HR analytics capabilities
