About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to join our team and serve as a hands-on technical leader with company-level impact across our Real Estate vertical. You will shape and evolve the frontend architecture, create shared solutions, and orchestrate complex cross-team initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the evolution of our Real Estate frontend architecture, defining and improving SLAs/SLOs
- →Design and create shared frontend libraries, components, and tooling
- →Orchestrate multi-system refactors and migrations
- →Act as a go-to person across teams for frontend topics
- →Mentor and coach other engineers
- →Model healthy feedback culture
- →Challenge and improve team and cross-team processes
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience with frontend technologies including Vue.js and React
- ✓Proficiency in TypeScript
- ✓Experience with Node.js and cloud-based environments
- ✓Knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, S3)
- ✓Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog
- ✓Ability to lead cross-team initiatives and mentor junior engineers
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and technical vision
