Key Responsibilities
- →Communicate project status and escalate issues for improved workflow efficiency

Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- ✓6+ years of experience as a quality assurance Analyst with a healthcare or health insurance organization
- ✓Detail-oriented data and metrics reporting experience with pivot tables, graphs, and formulas
- ✓Robust analytical skills; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- ✓Basic level skill and experience with MySQL
- ✓Strong communication skills via face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and written correspondence
- ✓Self-starter mentality with the ability to make informed decisions and find creative approaches to difficult challenges
- ✓Execution-focused ethos with a solutions-oriented problem-solving approach
