About the Role
We are looking for an NC Programmer to join our team for a temporary position. This role focuses on preparing and managing NC programs for CNC machines.
Key Responsibilities
- βPrepare NC programs offline in EdgeCAM
- βCreate programs for CNC machining centers (turning and milling)
- βManage EdgeCAM software, post-processors, and tool databases
- βCollaborate on development and testing of post-processors and databases
- βOptimize and manage NC programs
- βCreate and update work instructions, procedures, and SOPs
- βAnalyze causes of collisions and quality issues, propose corrective measures
- βModify production processes in SAP
Requirements
- βExperience with EdgeCAM software
- βKnowledge of CNC programming for turning and milling operations
- βUnderstanding of post-processors and tool databases
- βAbility to analyze and solve production issues
- βExperience with SAP system
