About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer service and estimating activities. This role involves coordinating responses to customer inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- →Review customer requests for quotes and purchases
- →Prepare schedules for estimating, purchasing, and engineering
- →Coordinate response to customer inquiries for order status
- →Maintain updated cost records for the quoting system
- →Confer with production, shipping, and warehouse to expedite orders
- →Maintain customer name and address database
- →Maintain updated order entry and booking system in MRP
- →Coordinate integration of functions in preparing quotes
- →Compute price, discount, sales commission, and shipping charges
Requirements
- ✓Ability to review customer requests and ascertain viability of quotes
- ✓Experience in preparing schedules for estimating, purchasing, and engineering
- ✓Strong communication skills to coordinate responses to customer inquiries
- ✓Proficiency in maintaining cost records and databases
