About the Role
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to develop and manage information technology projects, focusing on cost, time, and scope. This role involves leading integrated project teams within a matrix organization to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage small to medium-sized business and technology projects with low to medium impact initiatives across multiple lines of business
- →Establish and maintain governance and control over project deliveries throughout the project lifecycle
- →Set and continually manage project milestones and expectations while holding team members accountable
- →Coordinate planning, set milestones and deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress
- →Oversee all aspects of project work to ensure goals are accomplished within budget, schedule, and customer expectations
- →Provide on-site or virtual leadership for project teams, building and motivating members to meet project goals
- →Take full ownership of the project life cycle, from initiation to closure
- →Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables
- →Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations to various audiences
- →Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- →Understand and work with external vendors and professional service engagements
- →Demonstrate functional and technical acumen to support business needs
- →Manage project scope and changes
- →Ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle
