About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Manufacturing Manager to oversee and manage medical manufacturing and HSE programs. This role is responsible for ensuring products are manufactured on schedule while meeting quality and cost objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Direct and coordinate activities to ensure approved products are manufactured on schedule
- →Liaise with customers on quality issues and growth opportunities
- →Oversee medical manufacturing, HSE programs, and site security
- →Manage areas of responsibility to ensure minimum costs and on-time delivery
- →Work closely with engineering to obtain new or revised standards
- →Develop, monitor, and report on operating costs
- →Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements
- ✓Experience in medical manufacturing and HSE programs
- ✓Strong leadership and management skills
- ✓Ability to oversee inventory control and related transactions
- ✓Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
- ✓Experience with Prism software
- ✓Ability to develop and manage budgets
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
