Requirements

- ✓Strong understanding of pacing, tone, and narrative structure for YouTube
- ✓Experience with documentary, human-interest, or interview-driven content
- ✓Excellent taste and restraint in music and editorial choices
- ✓Detail-oriented with a high bar for polish and emotional authenticity
- ✓Comfortable working independently in a remote production environment
