About the Role
We are seeking a Compliance & Privacy Operations Manager to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the annual global compliance and privacy program. This hands-on, execution-focused role will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the administration, planning, and execution of the global compliance and privacy program
- →Partner with Compliance and Privacy colleagues to deliver initiatives such as training and documentation management
- →Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and reports
- →Manage the global Compliance & Privacy SharePoint site and documentation repositories
- →Support the CCO on various process improvement initiatives
- →Evaluate, implement, and support compliance and privacy tools
- →Perform transaction monitoring and risk screening of third parties
Requirements
- ✓Strong background in compliance and privacy operations
- ✓Experience with project management and data analytics
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- ✓Knowledge of compliance tools and risk screening processes
- ✓Ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
- ✓Experience with SharePoint and documentation management
