About the Role
The Key Account Manager will develop Swedish Orphan Biovitrum Srl's presence in their assigned geographic area while building and maintaining customer relationships. This role serves as the lead point of contact for key clients, ensuring successful product launches and supporting sales and promotion of Immunology products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor the assigned area regarding drug usage and adverse events reported by healthcare professionals
- →Collaborate with Business Unit Director/NSM and Marketing to define local activities and steps to reach objectives
- →Ensure medical information delivery to Healthcare Practitioners according to agreed plans and company policies
- →Continuously improve knowledge in the therapeutic area through meetings, courses, and self-learning
- →Organize and plan activities including visits, itineraries, and meetings
- →Apply and respect legislative and company requirements concerning drug information, safety, and ethics
- →Participate in National Congresses individually and with clients
- →Create visits and activities with local stakeholders considering long-term goals
- →Report CRM system activities according to planned deadlines
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare regulations
- ✓Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally and provide transparent feedback
- ✓Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
- ✓Knowledge of therapeutic areas relevant to the assigned region
- ✓Ability to coordinate field teams and lead local field meetings
- ✓Sales effectiveness through proper execution of calls and field activities
